Unlearning
Our mission is to dismantle gender biases & promote equality globally through evidence-based interventions, empowering individuals, institutions, & catalysing systemic change.
Our Story
Unlearning Gender Bias
Established in 2023, Unlearning is a mission-led social enterprise based in Cambridge, UK, whose mission is to mitigate gender bias and gender-based violence through it's Unlearning Intervention. Developed at the University of Cambridge, our empirically evidenced intervention merges three critical thinking frameworks and aims to address gender biases and misconceptions. By disentangling cognitive heuristics, we hope to positively impact women, men, children, society productivity, and economies worldwide.

Our Work
Unlearning empowers partners, participants and collaborators to challenge and overcome negative gender-based cognitive biases that shape individual and collective behaviour. Our interventions integrate three critical-thinking frameworks, creating a contextualised and engaging approach that is precise, measurable, and predictive of sustained behaviour change. We work across public, private, and policy sectors, driving impact through tailored solutions that inspire transformation.
